Plagiarism/Copying Artwork
We have a strict policy against anyone using our artwork for either personal or professional use. You do not have our permission to make digital copies or prints of our artwork (even for personal use).

Cancellation
- Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed (unless there is a genuine concern)
- Cancelling an order at the door will ban future orders with THS
- Delivery charges will need to cleared by the customer if an order is refused/cancelled at the door.
- Zero toleration for cancelation excuses such as ‘it was a mistake’ or ‘placed by a child’. Please respect our time and do not embarrass yourself either.

Processing Information
- Processing time does not include Sundays, government holidays, strikes, bad weather conditions or any other external factors that are out of our control. The business will not be held liable if any delays are caused by such factors.
