Please note:

1. If you are placing an order from outside Karachi;
   1. Please choose FRAGILE shipping if your order includes fragile and non fragile items both.
   2. There may be extra charges incurred if the order weighs more than 2kgs.
   3. Payment must be made within 3 working days otherwise order will be considered cancelled.
   4. Order is only confirmed after the payment is received.
2. If you are placing an order from within Karachi;
   1. Payment options are COD/ Direct bank deposit/ Direct deposit to bank from Easypaisa App
   2. If you are paying through bank, order will be processed after payment is received.
   3. Bulk orders or orders valued above PKR 5000/- will require 50% advance payment.
3. Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery charges for Karachi are directed towards a needy family from Surjani Town. They do not go towards the business or any party related to it.
